June 25
Lunch / Each participant to bring a sack lunch
Dinner / Spaghetti, corn, bread, cobbler, Kool-Aid, cookies
Directions: Brown hamburger, add spaghetti sauce and simmer. In separate pan
Bring water to boil, add noodles and cook till tender. Warm corn and slice bread.
Cobbler: Line Dutch oven with foil, mix cake mix using juice off of peaches, mix
Fruit into mix and pour into oven. Cook with 11 briquettes on bottom and 15 on
Top and cook about 30 minutes.
June 26
Breakfast / Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, juice
Directions: Oil Dutch oven and place biscuits on bottom and cook with little heat
On bottom and most on top similar to the cobble from last night. Brown sausage
And prepare gravy mix and mix sausage and gravy together. Serve over biscuits.
Scramble eggs and add about a cup of milk to make them a fluffier.
Lunch / Hot dogs, chips, vegetable sticks, apples, cookies, water

Crème soups along with water, be care ful not to make it to dry. Simmer until rice
Is tender. In a pan, pour about 1 ½ inches of oil and warm oil (not to hot) and fry
Scones. Stretch the scone dough into thin patties and cook on both sides.
June 17
Breakfast / Muffins, yogurt, bananas, juice
Directions: We will provide paper cups and plastic spoons.
Lunch / Pulled pork sandwiches, chips, carrot sticks, cookies, water.
Directions: The staff will provide this meal at the end of the trek before you
Depart for home. We will provide plates and cups.
