Company Leaders:
There will be three companies: the Andrus Company, the Manwaring Company, and the Kite Company. Each company will include about 8 families with a ma and pa leading each family.

Families:
All young men and young women will be divided into "families" with "ma and pa" leaders who will be a married couple. Each family will have six to eight youth with an even mix of young women and young men.

Each family will have a handcart.  Families will pull hand

Family discussions will be an important part ofthe trek experience. They may be held anythime and almost anywhere.  These discussions can help youth become mentally, spiritually, and physicall involved.
